Lauren Frantz, Dance Instructor

(12 Years Dancing)

Lauren start dancing when she was 5 and her first routine was a jazz song to “Cherish” (and I still, to this day, think it’s her favorite costume lol). She is entering her 12th year of dancing and beginning her 1st official year as a teacher (she has graduated her 2-year training program in June 2023). She TRULY loves seeing her students’ smiling faces when they come to class.

Lauren is currently a junior at Lehighton Area High School. She is a Junior class officer as well as an E-board member of the band. She plays snare drum in marching band and the keyboard in concert band. When she’s not at dance, Lauren loves to go shopping and hang out with her friends. Lauren’s favorite subject in school is English and when she graduates, she plans to go to community college for 2 years to become an ultrasound technician.

Her favorite style dance is hip-hop but she also enjoys pointe very much. .  She is a member of our Sr Tap Team "The Entertainers" as well as our Sr Ballet Team “Grace”.
